I am a Jack Pine tree seedling and my friends know me as Pinus banksiana. I usually have an interesting, funky shape, and I will grow to about 60 feet tall. I thrive in full sun, so please don't plant me in the shade! I will also do just fine in poor, rocky soil as long as I am not in standing water. I am pioneer species, which means that I will thrive in areas that have burned.
